Take a great picture with a Caltex logo in it and win a great prize in this year's Shooting Stars competition.

CaltexTM has been an integral part of our communities for over 70 years, helping people travel along the road of life in whichever direction they take. At Caltex, our task is to help provide the little, simple or necessary things to get them back on their journey feeling replenished, revived and refreshed.

Enter the Caltex Photography Contest and capture the ultimate photograph which shows how respected the Caltex brand is in your country and community. We are looking for great photographs that reflect the glory of our brand!

The best 12 photographs will be featured in the Caltex 2009 calendar and our greeting cards.

Aside from being famous, the winners get a chance to win an Apple iPod Touch or a Nintendo Wii!

Deadline for submission of entries is 30 June 2008.


About the Competition

To participate, simply send in your best shot featuring the Caltex logo or any of its sub brands*. The photograph should reflect the community’s culture, demonstrate how Caltex is an integral part of the community’s daily life and capture the vibrant and excitement between Caltex and the community in which it operates in.

You are asked to submit a short story (maximum 60 words) behind your captured shot. This could be a short paragraph on how you came across the scene you chose to shoot, or what the photograph means to you.

Care should be taken to create photographs that are positive and uplifting, and in line with The Chevron Way.
Logos
Every picture should show the Caltex brand, or one of its sub brands, in its glory. You are allowed to insert a logo onto your photo using Adobe Photoshop as long as it looks natural.
