Description

1. The GMI songwriting competition is freely open to all Malaysian citizens aged eighteen (18) and above (“Contestants)”.
2. The entry form must be fully completed with original signature. Photocopies of entry forms are acceptable with original signature.
3. The song composed must be original in lyrics and melodies. The lyrics can be written in either Bahasa Melayu or English.
4. All entries must contain the three elements as follow:
1. A song is recorded in a CD (complete with vocal and musical instruments).
2. Lyrics on A4 paper.
3. Music notes are completely written along with lyrics underneath.
5. The Contestants may send multi songs in software medium. However, each CD submitted includes only one song and the lyrics must be written on a separate A4 size paper. The CD and spinal column must be labeled with the Contestant’s name and song title.
